Our Services

Smyth Support provides personalised, reliable in-home and community support for people accessing NDIS, My Aged Care, and private services across Central Victoria. Our services are designed to support independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, delivered with dignity, respect, and a person-centred approach.

Personal Care & Daily Living Support

We provide respectful, person-centred support with personal daily activities, tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and routines.

Support may include assistance with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, grooming, mobility, continence support, and daily routines. Care is delivered at the individual’s pace, with a strong focus on dignity, independence, privacy, and informed choice.

All personal care is provided in line with individual support plans, safety requirements, and best-practice standards.

A clean and comfortable home plays a vital role in wellbeing and independence.

We provide practical assistance with everyday household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, meal preparation, bed linen changes, and general home upkeep. Support is delivered in a way that respects personal preferences and existing routines, helping to maintain a safe and welcoming living environment.

Staying connected to the community is essential for wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

We support individuals to access the community in ways that align with their interests and goals. This may include attending appointments, shopping, social outings, hobbies, exercise, or simply getting out for fresh air and companionship.

Support is flexible and designed to build confidence, reduce isolation, and promote meaningful engagement.

Good nutrition supports health, energy, and independence.

We assist with meal planning and preparation based on individual preferences, dietary requirements, cultural considerations, and routines. Support may include preparing meals together, batch cooking, or assisting with simple food preparation to encourage independence and confidence in the kitchen.

Meal Preparation & Support

Technology can be empowering — with the right support.

We provide patient, easy-to-understand assistance with phones, tablets, and computers. This includes setting up devices, adjusting settings, improving digital confidence, supporting online safety, and helping individuals stay connected with family and friends through video calls, messaging, and social platforms.

Support is tailored to each person’s comfort level and learning pace.
