Jacob Smyth

Hi, I’m Jacob, the founder of Smyth Support.

I started Smyth Support to provide reliable, person-centred support for older Australians and people living with disability. I believe good support is built on trust, consistency, and taking the time to understand what matters to each individual.

With a background in leadership and formal training in aged care and disability support, I take a calm, practical, and hands-on approach. I’m closely involved in the services we provide and take personal responsibility for ensuring support is delivered safely, respectfully, and in a way that supports independence and wellbeing.

At Smyth Support, people are never treated like a number. My focus is on providing genuine, dependable support families can feel confident in.
